Lyrics:
There are four levels of happiness.
four levels of happiness.
one two three four, four, four, four. Yes, four levels of happiness.

The first level of happiness
is the good feeling that comes
When I taste something yummy or I get a new toy.
That's the first level of happiness.

The second level of happiness
is feeling proud of myself
When I’m smarter or faster or better than you.
That's the second level of happiness.

Refrain

The third level of happiness
is knowing deep in my heart
That I've done something good for someone else.
That's the third level of happiness.

Refrain

The fourth level of happiness
is the peace the world cannot give
Cause it comes from God who is Mercy and Love
That's the fourth level of happiness.

Lyrics:
You can’t walk on stilts and you cannot drive a car.
You can’t lift eighty pounds or open a tight jar.
You can’t swim in the ocean and you’re not so good at chess.
But there’s much more there about you that makes you a success.
When God says, “Do you love me?” and you answer him with “Yes.”
Then you are not a failure, you’re a big success!
When God says, “Will you follow me?” And you do what He says,
That’s how you know your life is successful.
You don’t have lots of money and you don’t own any gold.
You don’t live in a castle and you are not very old.
If I asked you for some treasure but you didn’t have a thing,
There’s still a reason you can smile and sing.
When I ask you if you’ll help me and you answer me with “Yes.”
Then you are not a failure, you’re a big success!
When you care much more about me then you care about yourself,
That’s how you know your life is successful.
That’s how you know your life is successful.

Lyrics:
Imagine it was 8 o’clock
But also, it was nine
Could something be a curly cue,
But also a straight line?
And what if you were ten feet tall,
But also five foot two?
And could you keep from making noise
While playing a kazoo?

Oh
Contradictions
They’re a fiction
You can’t have it both ways,
Contradictions
They’re a fiction
Up’s not down
And squares ain't round

What if it was day and night
Both at the same time?
Or could a gumball be for free
But also cost a dime?
Could you walk around with friends
While you just stood still
Or could you be in Timbuktu
While also in Brazil?

Refrain x2

Truth in 90 Seconds

Should the law penalize women who get abortions? As debates continue over whether mothers should face criminal charges, we discuss why pushing to prosecute them is a dangerous step backward.

In this Truth in 90 Seconds, Camille Pauley explains why criminalizing mothers completely backfires. We unpack why the pro-life movement sees the mother as the "second victim" of the abortion industry, how punishing women actually shields abusive abortion providers, and why legal threats stop mothers from getting life-saving emergency care when they need it most.

Key Takeaways:
▶ The Second Victim Framework: Historically, pro-life legislation explicitly exempts women from legal liability, ensuring they can safely seek care and offer testimony without fear.
▶ Addressing External Pressure: Surveys regarding abortion decisions indicate that a large majority of women report feeling intense pressure, financial distress, or lack of support. This highlights the need for compassionate assistance rather than legal penalties.
▶ Access to Emergency Care: Legal threats against women create a dangerous barrier, making them hesitant to seek emergency medical attention for complications or feelings of regret.

Why Pro-Lifers Do NOT Want to Punish Women

We are constantly told that abortion is a matter of independent "choice." But a groundbreaking peer-reviewed study shattered that narrative, exposing a devastating reality of systemic pressure and isolation.

In this Truth in 90 Seconds breakdown, we unpack data published in the Cureus Journal of Medical Science regarding women who have undergone abortions in the United States. We look past cultural talking points to address the real metrics of external pressure, the tragic lack of community support for pregnant mothers, and how the rise of remote telehealth procedures removes critical oversight, leaving vulnerable women isolated.

Key Takeaways:
▶ The 33% Reality: According to the peer-reviewed data, only one-third of women who had an abortion explicitly stated that the procedure was actually "wanted."
▶ Coercion and Oppression: 67% described their decision as entirely inconsistent with their personal values, while 60% stated they would have chosen to carry to term if they had simply received adequate financial or emotional support.
▶ The Danger of Remote Delivery: The shift toward unmonitored telehealth procedures removes vital medical oversight, isolating women and increasing the risk of external coercion behind closed doors without standard safety protocols.

Why 67% of Abortions Aren't Actually "Wanted"

How do we separate historical facts from popular myths when discussing public safety? Discover the real numbers behind healthcare history and the logical flaws in modern legal arguments.

We often hear massive, terrifying numbers repeated in the media about what happens when laws change. It is widely claimed that thousands or even millions face immediate danger without certain legal protections. But when you look at actual historical data from public health agencies, the real numbers tell a completely different story. A massive shift occurred simply due to medical advancements like antibiotics, long before any major legislative shifts.

True logic requires us to look at facts instead of emotional claims. More importantly, we have to look at the purpose of law itself. True human flourishing and happiness come from protecting the vulnerable, not from legalizing harmful behaviors under the guise of making them "safer." Real care means fixing the underlying infrastructure and supporting people where they need it most, rather than compromising our core ethical principles.

Key Insights Inside:
▶ The unexpected medical breakthrough that actually transformed public safety decades ago.
▶ Why the "safety loophole" logic fails when applied to other harmful actions.
▶ How to use historical data and clear logic to challenge mainstream cultural myths in everyday conversations.

Is personal independence the secret to true human flourishing? Discover how chasing career success can lead to an unexpected crisis, and find out what real happiness requires.

Our culture constantly tells us that personal independence, career success, and achieving total control over our lives are the keys to ultimate fulfillment. We are told that putting ourselves first—even if it means sacrificing our relationships or walking away from the gift of family—is necessary to get ahead and be recognized by the world. This relentless focus on an ego-driven high convinces many that welcoming a new life is an obstacle to human flourishing.

But true logic and human experience reveal a deeper reality. Living entirely for self-advancement and individual power eventually leaves the human soul facing an intense crisis of meaning. We were not made for isolated achievement; we were made for love. True, long-lasting happiness is found when we reject the myth of self-absorption and instead give ourselves away in compassion, goodness, and love to those who need us most.

Key Insights Inside:
▶ The Danger of the Ego High: Why defining your worth entirely by personal achievement, status, and control will always lead to an inner crisis.
▶ The Path to Fulfillment: How giving yourself away in love to a child or family member unlocks a level of peace that self-advancement can never match.
▶ Actionable Takeaway: Shift your definition of success from what you can gain or control to how completely you can love and serve those around you.

What does the data say about abortion and mental health? In 2011, the British Journal of Psychiatry published the largest analysis ever done on abortion and mental health. It pulled together 22 studies from six countries.

The finding: women who had had an abortion faced an 81 percent higher risk of mental health problems than women who had not.

Then we asked Planned Parenthood’s chatbot whether abortion is safe.

Key Takeaways:
▶ Unprecedented Data Scale: This research represents a large, peer-reviewed statistical foundation evaluating long-term mental health outcomes.
▶ Staggering Statistical Spikes: The data showed a 110% increase in risk of alcohol misuse, a 37% jump in risk for clinical depression, a 34% increase in risk for anxiety, and a 155% higher risk of suicide behavior.
▶ The Danger of Corporate Deception: When reproductive health organizations claim emotional side effects are "incredibly rare," they isolate hurting women and prevent individuals from seeking genuine psychological healing.

A Note on the Debate:

If you've ever wondered why chasing money and comfort still leaves people feeling anxious and alone, the answer lies in a deep philosophical truth about true happiness.

We are constantly told that the ultimate goal of life is to maximize our comfort, stack our bank accounts, and avoid any hardship at all costs. Modern culture insists that sacrificing everything—even our own future children and family—for material success is the smartest path to personal freedom. But this relentless hustle for short-term pleasure leaves so many women and families dealing with an underlying sense of anxiety, guilt, and deep self-alienation.

True fulfillment doesn't come from just chasing immediate comfort or what philosophers call Level One happiness. Using clear logic and ancient wisdom, Camille Paulie explains how shifting our mindset toward love, generosity, and protecting the vulnerable unlocks a deeper, lasting joy that money simply cannot buy.

Key Insights Inside:
▶ The Danger of Level One Living: Why chasing short-term comfort and material wealth inevitably leads to unexplainable anxiety and shame.
▶ The Wisdom of the Ancients: The ancient philosophical warning about living a life focused entirely on personal pleasure at the expense of others.
▶ The Path to True Joy: How choosing a mindset of love and genuine generosity protects your family from the traps of modern culture.

We often think our biggest choices only affect ourselves, but what if our desire for total independence is secretly hurting the people we care about most? Here is the truth about freedom.

Modern culture tells us that our life choices are completely our own, and as long as we aren't directly hurting someone, we should have the total freedom to walk away whenever we want. We see this dynamic play out painfully in families every day—such as a daughter telling her aging mother that the decision to give up is hers alone. While it sounds like pure support on the surface, what the mother actually hears isn't love or empowerment; she hears rejection, abandonment, and a heavy, silent pressure to stop being an emotional or financial burden.

Real freedom doesn't mean isolating ourselves from the world to avoid being a burden. Through basic logic and philosophy, we discover that our lives have a deeper purpose and a unique value that connects us all. True fulfillment and lasting happiness come from realizing that we are made to care for one another, protecting human value even when life gets difficult, rather than treating human life as something we can simply discard when it becomes inconvenient.

Key Insights Inside:
▶ The Invisible Ripple Effect: Why our most personal choices never happen in a vacuum and how they deeply impact the hearts of our friends and family.
▶ The Danger of "Supportive" Rejection: The heartbreaking reality of how modern independence makes lonely, vulnerable, or elderly people feel a quiet duty to fade away.
▶ A Shift Toward True Value: A practical mindset shift from demanding total independence to embracing unconditional support for the people who need to know they still matter.

Do late-term abortions actually happen, or are they a myth? In this Truth in 90 Seconds breakdown, we examine official CDC data, international gestational laws, and peer-reviewed studies regarding late-stage abortions in the United States.

We look past political talking points to address the real metrics on gestational limits, medical emergency claims, and documented clinical data on neonatal outcomes following late-stage procedures.

Key Takeaways:
▶ Global Legal Outlier: Out of 193 UN countries, the United States is one of only eight without a national gestational limit on elective abortion, permitting late-term procedures up to birth in several states.
▶ Busting the Emergency Myth: Research published by late-term abortion provider Warren Hern reveals that less than one-third of late-term abortions are performed due to maternal health conditions or fetal anomalies.
▶ Viability at 21 Weeks: Modern neonatal care allows infants born as early as 21 weeks to survive, meaning many of these procedures occur at stages where the child is viable and capable of surviving outside the womb.

Late-Term Abortions Don’t Happen – Right?

A lot of people ask the blunt question: are vaccines immoral? The better question is whether we can receive certain vaccines in good conscience.

Navigating the complex history of medical research can bring up tough ethical questions. This often leaves parents carrying a heavy burden of anxiety, wondering if protecting their child's physical health means compromising their ethical principles.

True clarity comes when we apply sound logic. Think about the very infrastructure of our world—many of our modern transit systems and railroads were originally built using forced labor. Yet, we do not refuse to travel by train or purchase goods carried on those tracks.

By understanding the concept of remote connection, we can confidently make choices that protect our families here and now, while shifting our focus toward building a better, more life-affirming future for everyone.

Key Insights Inside
▶ The Logic of Proximity: Discover how to identify when a historical wrong is truly connected to your present choice, freeing your family from false guilt.

Does passing a law actually change how people behave, or is it completely pointless? We look at the surprising data behind why we create rules in the first place.

We’ve all heard the argument that making a controversial practice legal is the best way to control it and actually make it happen less often. Critics claim that if you ban something, it just goes underground, so the best approach is legalization. But when you look closely at the actual history and hard data from the world's leading research organizations, this common narrative completely falls apart.

True justice and logic show us that laws exist to set a standard for how we value human life and protect one another. When we look at the data, the numbers reveal that making something legal drastically increases its frequency. Choosing to stand up for clear moral boundaries isn't about setting unrealistic expectations; it's about building a culture of reason that protects the most vulnerable among us.

Key Insights Inside:
▶ The Reality of Regulation: Why data proves that lifting restrictions causes a massive, sharp spike in numbers rather than making a practice rare.
▶ The Broken Analogy: Why we would never legalize dangerous behaviors like domestic violence, stealing, or driving under the influence just because people still break those laws.
▶ The Logic of Law: Shifting away from the trap of perfect compliance to understanding that laws are meant to define and protect what a society values.

How does choosing a child's traits affect our understanding of unconditional love? In this Truth in 90 Seconds, we explore why treating human life like a custom product changes family dynamics forever.

Today, we are told that technology can give us everything we want, even the ability to select our children's physical traits before they are born. It sounds like the ultimate parental success—choosing eye color, height, or specific abilities to give a child a head start in life. But when we treat a new life like a customizable item on a shopping list, we fall into a consumer mindset that measures human value based on performance, looks, and arbitrary expectations.

Family happiness doesn't come from matching a set of perfect preferences. It comes from accepting a child as a complete gift to be loved unconditionally, not as a project designed to fulfill our own desires. When we move away from trying to design life in our own image, we discover a deeper fulfillment rooted in self-gift and transcendent love and recognize that every single child is made in the image of God and possesses intrinsic dignity and worth.

Key Insights Inside
▶ From Entitlement to Gift: Understanding the critical shift between viewing children as something we have a right to manufacture versus unique individuals we are called to love.
▶ The Burden of the Checklist: Why growing up under the pressure of a parental design checklist can undermine a child's security and twist the meaning of unconditional love.
▶ A Hidden Mindset Shift: A practical way to reframe how we view human development, focusing on intrinsic value rather than customizable features.

The Problem with "Designing" the Perfect Child

Imagine an emergency scenario at a fertility clinic: you can only save one 5-year-old child or a container of 1,000 human embryos. Which one do you rescue? Critics often claim that choosing the child proves embryos aren't actually human—but this logic collapses under real scrutiny.

In this Truth in 90 Seconds breakdown, we dissect the famous burning fertility clinic thought experiment. We move past emotional “gotchas” to explain the ethical reality of triage, why human personhood isn't measured by frantic survival instincts, and how choosing who to rescue in a split-second crisis doesn't diminish the inherent value of the human lives left behind.

Key Takeaways:
▶ Triage vs. Personhood: Deciding who to rescue in a crisis is an exercise in immediate triage, not an objective measurement of human value or rights.
▶ The Mother-Child Analogy: If forced to choose between saving your child or your mother from a fire, choosing your child doesn't mean your mother isn't a human being. The argument relies on a completely false logical standard.
▶ The Psychology of Crisis: Human instincts naturally prioritize visible, audible suffering and immediate capacity to feel pain. Acknowledging this good human impulse does not overwrite the biological reality of early human life.

Why the "Burning Clinic" Argument Fails

Hard Cases, Clear Answers

Abortion advocates will often argue that it is better that a child be aborted than be born disabled, poor, or unwanted by her parents.

At its heart, this belief comes from narrow definitions of the terms “quality of life” and “success.” If a successful life is defined as being admired by others for what one accomplishes, then a disability, which threatens a person’s abilities, limits how successful a person can be. Similarly, if the highest quality of life is found in eliminating pain and suffering, then poverty and illness will prevent a person from attaining a sufficient quality of life.

But, by expanding the definitions of “quality of life” and “success” we see that life – even when it involves suffering and disappointments – can be profoundly meaningful and good.
